Right now I'm doing a Cabalist with my skeletons maxed out, summon familiar and I plan on going hellhound as well. But I feel as if I gimped myself by doing this and not going for say, Archanist to Elemental Exchange. What are some things to avoid when looking to make pets do the most of your damage? Make sure to keep an eye on your Relic, every 10 levels or so, see if there's a better one available for pet classes. Use the search function at the top of the Devotions page.

If needed, try to herd the crates somewhere and then lead the boss to an opposite corner and fight him there. Rinse and Repeat as necessary. Also, make sure not to get stun locked by his meteor shower well… crate shower, since it spawns crates rather than meteors , since that is more or less a death sentence. Ever wondered what do to after hitting level with the budget builds? But personally, I would advise against all that. Instead, what I find easiest and at the same time efficient is to do Shattered Realms Shards on Normal.

With my explanation I hope that you can understand why I chose the Items and Skills, so you are not just copy pasting a build, were you will feel confused and awkward not knowing whats going on. I thought its a cool Idea to make it into an Skeleton Army theme. Next I have included the Revenant Devotion, it gives some pet bonuses and the last skill will summon an additional 6 Skeletons that also decrease enemies resistances. The pets have really solid defenses. Running up to SR85 wasnt a problem.
