Is it because it is more powerful than dragon items or is it just expensive or rare? Sry if i sound like a noob, but my curiosity gets the best of me. Strength increases your DPS more than attack for anything you hit more than half the time, which should be everything you train on, so keeping strength like five levels above attack is a good idea.
