By Azaroarazenka , June 23, in General Discussion. I recently got Ark after Epic Games let it go for free and joined everyone else in this fresh wave of beach bobs, doomed to die to sarcos and jumped by raptors. After renting a server with GPortal. It has entirely disappeared from the server list, and no amount of coaxing, restarting, searching, singleplayer ip joining seems to do anything. Has anyone found a way around this?

Since the update today my server from g-portal just wont show up no matter what I do, restarted it probably times now. In the settings it says the server is online and running normally, but noone can find it in the serverlist. Anyone else with same problems and how to fix it? After the last few updates, my server, marked as a favorite, abruptly is forgotten and a different server with a different name and mode replaces it. Not sure why. I had to remove about half the installed mods before my g-portal server would start, remain up, and show in the server list. Several hours of adding one mod at a time and seeing if my single player would launch before finally getting the online server back up. I tried adding some mods back again those that were updated Same issue with us. We put in a ticket with Gportal. No news yet. Server claims to be up and healthy but I can not find it and it dissapeared from my favorites list.
Did one of the updates screw us over? They have characters on my server but somehow the server has vanished from their 'favorites' and 'my survivors' tabs.

My friends and I have been using this server for the longest time with no issues at all. We leave the game for a few weeks and now all of a sudden the server will not show up for them. I run the server and have no problem entering the game myself

Hey, I have my server on for about 2 months now and people can't find it on the unofficial server list. It's not a port problem as i've temporarly disabled the firewall and it still doesn't show up.

Make sure you give the server enough time to start up fully before proceeding. I tried searching this but not a lot of sources deal with non-Steam Ark.
