As a GP Receptionist you are at the centre of how our surgery operates, you will be the first contact point for our patients, so it is vital that professionalism and empathy is embedded within you. On a daily basis you will work closely with medical records, handle calls, use a task based system, handle referrals and liaise with other departments to provide a positive patient experience. Ideally you should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Mathematics and English with good evidence of computer literacy and accuracy.
