During the confinement, I have more time to learn about and drink more natural wines, and naturally, I turn to Garage Bar. Garage Bar has surged out of Vella Terra : a natural wine fair that has taken place for years now and that gathers wine lovers, producers, distributors, and fans from all over the country, and elsewhere, too. The focus of the fair is organic, biodynamic, low-intervention and no intervention wines. Behind the project, you can find renowned sommelier Stefano Fraternali with many years of experience in low intervention wines. After years of success with the fair, a brick-and-mortar wine bar opened in Sant Antoni, Garage Bar.
