Somehow I had never been on Airport Road at the correct time to eat. Happily this problem was solved this Sunday. Every weekend, Santa Fe Brewing has a guest food truck. This past week, we went to check out Fusion Tacos. This courtyard was an ideal haven for an enjoyable social distancing experience. Generally a visiting food truck is there for the weekend. The staff at Fusion Taco was very helpful. The menu listed on the side of the kitchen was not very specific. We asked about vegetarian tacos. Our delicious 4 tacos 10 came with black beans because you can never have enough black beans , red and green peppers, and zucchini squash. There was a side of cabbage slaw and a roasted pepper. Also included were two types of salsas, a green which was mild and a red sauce that managed to contain the fires of hell. I used the green salsa on my tacos. We received a buzzer that worked all the way to the parking lot for our to-go order.
