What are the differences between the different types of transmission fluid and why is this one recommended over the others? Also what would be a good filter to put. I'm just starting to take over doing this maintenance myself rather then having it done for me, so I'm a bit of a newb. Also I read the guide about doing the at home transmission flush and it makes me a little nervous to run the car while draining the the fluid.
