We bought tickets for Wembly Stadium In London. On the entrance to the game we found out that one of the tickets was not valid. They tried to help us on the phone but it did not work. We came especially from abroad and could not enter the game. Two months past and we still didnt get any refund. Avoid at all costs! I have recently purchased tickets from several sites, and whilst I have had mixed experiences, this site was by far the worst. I bought tickets for a football match, received confirmation by email and again in a phone call on the day of the match, and even an assurance in an online chat saying they would be sent soon. I have raised this illegal practice with Trading Standards authority and expect them to be closed down shortly.
