The interiors of this Michelin-star holder is a study in tasteful minimalism, with a formal dress code requirement adding to the flawless aesthetic. But it owes its star to its outstanding fusion of traditional Japanese with modern Western culinary techniques, plus the use of seasonal Canary Island produce. Expect the likes of British favourite Fish and Chips interpreted usuzukuri style, with wafer-thin slices of fish. While elegantly presented and with cues from a range of Western and Eastern influences, the food remains essentially Canarian.

I think they counted a tip which they didn't deserve but it was too late as we already paid and then looked at the bill. Well decorated for the theme! Breakfast is very busy, it's a big hotel with many guests, but the food is very good and it's well organized. Staff members really good and kind! Recommendation: Mexican burger is great! Highly recommended The food is all fresh and tastes fantastic. My husband and I started with the cauliflower tempura which was tasty. Rooms a little tired but comfortable beds, good shower and good hairdryer. We didn't take them on but they hung around for a good while making a rather tuneless noise and spoiled the otherwise pleasant evening! Overall, fantastic experience. Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven or Air Fryer. This place is very clean and comfy. Rooms a bit tired and on the small side but adequate - age of the hotel is visible but still see that the build quality is good. Our server spoke good English and was very helpful.
