In our latest TV spot for Fiat Minneapolis, we decided to do a complete from our last ad. After doing research on the brand and getting to know Fiat's target market a little better, we realized we needed to shy away from the stereotypes that were formerly pigeonholing Fiat. The client reminded us that the L is the main focus and that we needed to hammer home the main selling points of the car; it has 4 doors and comfortably seats 5, something Fiat has never offered before until now. Our star actor in the commercial is local wrestler Scott Brault, who goes by the stage name "The Brauler". The Brauler's uniform colors are pink and black, so we decided to have Luther Fiat dip a Fiat L in pink to match. We designed a series of ads based on The Brauler and his pink Fiat and hope to begin production on those in mid June.

After hiring Charlie Sheen and Jennifer Lopez to promote the , Fiat went a new direction with more Italian-flavored ads, like this latest spot showing a bunch of Cinquecento models driving right off the Italian peninsula and into the water, only to re-emerge like so many Italian immigrants in their day in the New York harbor. With the recent debut of the open-top Abarth C, the Italian automaker once again employed the services of supermodel Catrinel Menghia to promote its latest with the help of a cheeky scorpion Abarth's emblem which uses its pinchers to excellent effect in helping the beautiful Catrinel out of her bikini.
