I never looked but after pull the plug after the raiders set up base I am guessing there is no way to re-flood this quarry? No way that I know of to refill it and I doubt there is a mod for this action.. In Survival mode, I cleared the raiders from the empty quarry, including Scully Matthis at the bottom, went to sleep at the Drive-In for less than 24hr. When I returned to get the loot I stashed in Scully's trailer, it was gone and his Chem box refilled. The quarry was partially refilled plus a couple raiders milling about. IDK if it's Survival mode what did it?

With the right crew, he could keep the location locked down, and raid all of the traders who pass through. The Thicket Excavations is a short distance southeast of Sanctuary Hills. It is very noticeable when coming from the north on account of the sheer cliff that drops down into water. The water is extremely deep, but can be pumped out by completing Pull the Plug ; there are several stairways and quarried stones that allow one to walk down to the bottom of the excavation site.
