The owners of the gym have welcomed me with such warm hearts. The friendships I have begun to develop with participants and trainers are why I come to the gym, plus the workouts are so much fun but yet also challenging, I have never sweat so much in my life! Thanks Trevor and Cheryl???? I love going to this gym! I have been going since it opened as a founding member. This says a lot because I have a home gym and access to several gyms through my work but still choose to come to F45 Spruce Grove because it is a workout like no other. I have to be physically fit for my job and workouts here take fitness to a new level. I feel great when I am there, the staff and trainers are amazing and I feel guilty on the days I can't go.
