Extreme 4x4 hoppers crossing
I am relatively new to 4wdtrip. I drive a 93 80 series landcruiser that has an ARB bullbar which has been on the vehicle since new, and of course makes no provisions for a winch. Now I would like to say I am so experienced that I don't need a winch cos my skills combined with driving a cruiser I never get bogged, stuck or end up in a precarious situation - but that would not be true, many times I have had to drag out the turfir hand winch much to my disgust to extricate myself from whatever mess I have gotten into. So given that it is a requirement for most trips I have decided to treat myself to a new electric winch, ergo a new bullbar and while I am at it a rearbar would be good too.. I have not had to buy 4x4 accessories for over 15 years and how the world has changed. Two minutes on-line and the choice and the product reviews are overwhelming. Hard to justify and even harder sell to she who's shoe budget cannot be impacted on. I am wondering if people have had a similar decision to make and when they have gone down the cheaper route how has that paid off for them in both durability and functionality of the cheaper product. I mean lets be honest I can buy 5 domin8tors to one Warn but do I want that dominator to die on the side of a hill in the middle of nowhere or worse still force me to drag the turfir out. Yes a cradle or if your handy you can weld some plates in front and sides and then cut a slot. I did it on my gq with a non winch bar running first a low mount then a high mount. Im a bit sus on those dominator things, I'd go towards a runva or a roadrunner winch with rope.

There are 17 suburbs in Wyndham, including five which cross into bordering local government areas. A separate area profile for Cocoroc has not been created because of very low population numbers in this area. The purpose of profiling suburbs is to understand the demographics of each area. There needs to be a minimum number of residents to ensure the statistical integrity of the results. When the population is too low, the results produced may not be meaningful compared to an area with a larger population. Very low population numbers are also observed in the areas of Eynesbury, Mount Cottrell, Quandong and parts of Mambourin.
