We did not see any other steamed or cooked fish unfortunately. The staff was attentive and pleasant. Why have a dress- code on the website for the Epicurean , if it looked like you could come as you wanted. The best food item was the rock oysters Attending at the second half of the lunch session was part of the problem that we experienced: a fair amount of food were obviously out there for too long: the honey soy duck was really tough, the crepes were dry, so was the Sichuen chicken and Mongolian lamb. Did not see any great cooking skill in any hot dish unfortunately. The dessert had a good variety and some were at acceptable standards while others lacked finesse.
