Plants are one of the most important aspects in Plants vs Zombies: ECLISE, they are the protagonists and the player's main defense against the undead assailants. There are a grand total of plants, all of which are obtainable in the game without paying any real money. Most are obtained through playing the Normal levels, 3 of them can be unlocked using Gems , 8 are unlocked exclusively via Secret levels , while 12 can be both unlocked by playing Normal levels or Secret levels.
