We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Manager to develop our online presence, an autonomous role helping us to make the most of the amazing donations we get daily. Duties involve identifying suitable goods for sale online, uploading products on to appropriate online market places, responding to online customers and ensure goods are dispatched within appropriate deadlines; providing excellent customer service to encourage positive reviews as well as managing Gift Aid processes. The role will uphold the agreed quality standards required to ensure the effective operation of the online department including compliance with trading standards regulations. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of using Ebay and other online marketplaces, as well as knowledge of online marketing and advertising. They will demonstrate good IT skills as well as excellent organisational and communication skills. They should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of excellent customer service.
