Since our 4-year-old has been interested in earth costume tabletop globe and asking lots of geographic questions, I decided to make this an educational project we worked on together. This project is affordable. I figured paper macheing over a big balloon could give us a large structure that was ridged and lightweight, earth costume.

This is a stunning statement costume! My daughter went through lots of costume ideas, but was really set on some sort of nature costume.
