I made a first appt several months in advance for 10 am due to reputation for keeping patients waiting. I got to the office five minutes early. The two receptionists were rude and acting like patients were a burden to them. I waited in a broken chair for a half hour until I was summoned to a tiny, grimy room with a ripped up exam table. Half hour later I left.
