October Hope someone can help with this

November - last edited November I'm having an issue on my PS4 where none of my EA games can go online as they all display an error message saying to "Please reset your password" as "your login credentials have expired" but "all you need to do is reset your password" and to just "use the URL below to get started. I tried logging in via the EA website with my Playstation account and received the error message in the attached screenshot. I don't know what else to do at this point. Of course I tried resetting the password again as the error message suggested when attempting to login with my PSN credentials, but to no avail. Go to Solution. November

I would be happy for all the multiplayer components to be disabled however, this game seems to require connecting to EAs server regardless and is not offering any opportunity to link accounts when the game launches, it assumes the linking has been completed.
