Upon his return to Universe 6, Frost is charged as a war criminal and goes on the run to avoid punishment. Frost is one of the strongest fighters from Universe 6 and, like Frieza, possesses several transformations like his Universe 7 counterpart. However, Frost is able to keep up with Goku while the Saiyan is in his base form and later proves formidable against Hit after growing stronger while on the run.

In the anime, Frost first appears while still a cloaked fugitive, living in the back-alleys of a rainy planet and hiding from the police. However, Frost defeated him by releasing an Explosive Wave.
