He first debutted in Yokai Watch World as a befriendable Yokai, dracunyan. Count Dracunyan is the variant of Dracunyan. He has red glowing irises and his dracunyan consists of a small, black top hat with a red band around it, his cape now dons golden rims on the ends of his collar, a red bowtie and a black tuxedo with a golden collar. He first dracunyan during the "Yokai Halloween Party " event, dracunyan.

I leveled my Dracunyan up to 45, and its spirit is rather low, 90 spirit to strength as a Brainy. Does the game really expect us to use a Mauling Dracunyan instead of a Reaper? I was just curious if Dracunyan is actually worth using because hes my favorite looking Reaper for Blasters besides Damona, which i dont have sadly. Dracunyan

After hearing about strange happenings going around town on Halloween, Nate and his friends must terminate the Dracunyan attack. The citizens of Springdale have begun turning into Dracunyans and biting others, turning the town into a mess of Dracunyans. With Nate and his friends being the only survivors, Nate lets his friends in on the secret of Yo-Kai. Together they try to make a cure for the Dracunyans, but Nate's friends soon fall victim to the Dracunyan epidemic. Nate, Jibanyan and Whisper brew a cure containing of garlic, salt and moldy bread, but this antidote turns all the Dracunyans into Manjimutts instead. In the end, Nate wakes up, revealing the entire series of events to have been a nightmare.
