We stop at Don gallo with my husband and Manu was our server he recommend the Green Ceviche it was amazing, the tres leches and flan for sure one of the best in town.. January I had a dinner last night at Don Gallo with some friends and the experience that we had it was amazing. Our server was Melania. She was very profesional and attentive with us and we got very good recomandations for the food. We started with the creamy queso dip with organic chorizo which was so yammy.

Find certified Hatch green chiles in the freezer section of the grocery store and choose heat level based on spice preference. I make mine with hot green chiles. DURING the holidays, there is no doubt that many of our days will be filled with cheesy goodness from all the gatherings that go on. I think Handle has really good cocktails, and I also love High West.
