Grooming hammocks are also useful when grooming older dogs that may not be able to stand for long or dogs with disabilities. I would only use a grooming hammock for small dogs that weight less than 12kgs. For larger dogs I would be nervous the hammock and the equipment you use to hang it from might not hold their weight. If they panic and move in a certain way or a piece of equipment gives way they could injure themselves.

Very poorly designed. The harness is very well made and I think it would work for anyone who isn't my cat. We hoped to use it to trim his claws and he wasn't having it! Any remotely less feral animal would be very secure in this harness. I ordered Size Small for my 20 lb Dachshund. He's considered a "mini", but teeters to the size of a "standard", as he is Extremely Long!
