Divinity: Original Sin allows for multiplayer co-op. Out of the box, it only allows for one additional player, with both players acting as the Source Hunters. Mods exist where more than two can play at once. Any game can be taken online by going into the options menu. You can select the game to be offline, online to Steam friends only, online to invites only, or public. By default, when another player joins a game, the newcomer will take control of the host's second Source Hunter. The host retains control of his first Source Hunter, and any AI-controlled characters on his party. Also, the host controls saving and loading. In fact, the other player cannot save; he is there only assist the host. Still, the game is far more fun in multiplayer.

His PC had a ring or some such on him, so the gargoyle guarding the entrance sent him straight through the maze--leaving me behind.
