Diablo 4 shako bug

Can someone please explain this to me or show me a picture? Apparently when they enabled unique drops from helltide chests they messed up the drop rates and too many people got super rare uniques like shako, diablo 4 shako bug. So they turned them off again… what a band of incompetent losers.

People got a lot of Shakos during Helltide due to a bug. Super unique items should not be obtained by people because of bugs. O like they didnt revert back the lillith kill on bens barb back then , but i totally agree, it should reroll everyone who had a shako through the hell tides. They will lose half of their players in the first season. Not looking good.
