Now in the manga, a lot of time has passed since then and newer and even more powerful characters have shown up in the main story in Universe 7, causing Goku and friends to climb to even greater heights of strength. This has probably caused the overall mortal level of Universe 7 to increase even more as characters are at unfathomable levels of powe r, even compared to those that came before. Kefla is the fused form of Kale and Caulifla, and this Super Saiyan menace is so exceptional that she can confidently fight against the tournament's finest.
