Stepping into the beautiful restaurant is like being transported to Italy in an instant there are so many little touches that just make it so authentically Italian. Today was an eye opener for this high end restaurant. The service was very separation, the meal took almost and hour to come. The order was 3 burgers and 1 chicken Neptune. Mine was the Neptune, the chicken was tough and dry, way over cooked, This place should be ashamed to deliver such garbage. The steaks were quite superb, but the service was lacking. Always a bit of red flag entering an almost empty restaurant. Hopefully the quality of the food will encourage more customers and service will improve.
