The hike is listed as easy but just a heads up to anyone with mobility restrictions there is an area about a mile and a half in that requires a tiny scramble up the rocks and several rock stair cases following, but there are some natural holds in the rock to step and place your hand and just takes a second to place footing safely. Very nice hike I live in CT and the terrain reminded me of home. Still a fair amount of ice on the trail.
