Studio MDHR's Cuphead celebrates its fifth anniversary today, with the arduous and nostalgic experience still being heavily discussed and expanded upon. Cuphead is fondly known for its reputation of being an incredibly challenging run-and-gun platformer and its gorgeous, hand-drawn environments and creatures in the style of s cartoons. It has seen continued support from Studio MDHR and fans alike since its release with continued updates and announcements from the creators and hundreds of thousands of hours of play time by fans. Fortunately, the rest of the game was unlocked, so we were able to explore the charmingly-detailed first two overworlds and several of the bosses.
