I fell in love with this bread at Domino's and have been searching for a comparable recipe. After some trial and error, I came up with this, and it's pretty darn close! Serve with marinara sauce. Preheat the oven to degrees F degrees C. Grease a large baking sheet. Roll dough on a flat work surface into a large rectangle. Brush with 3 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with cornmeal. Flip dough over and scatter mozzarella cheese, Mexican cheese blend, and 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top. Fold dough in half and press edges together with your fingers to seal. Brush remaining 1 tablespoon butter over dough and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, then sprinkle with parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Make shallow cuts every inch across the top with a knife so you can easily pull the bread apart after baking.

I have to admit, I first opened my box to quite the pretty picture — a thick golden loaf featuring rivulets of scorched cheese dripping from every crevice, densely-sprinkled flecks of garlic and Parmesan, and a single ruby-hued piece of pepperoni smack dab in the middle, like a beautiful ribbon hinting at the even more beautiful present within. Unfortunately, this tasted pretty much just how that inside looked: like bland bread that was crispy on top and soft on the inside, with only the occasional faint suggestion of spicy pepperoni or sweet cheese. I thought this was one of their best items in a while. Surprisingly soft. All that char turned me off immediately! Too bad for potential customers that they will have no idea whether they will get a good one if they order one.
