Cox webmail not working
Over 2 days ago my Cox webmail has been broken.
First, I have Cox for my internet. For about 4 weeks or more, when signing in to read my email I get the following message: "There was an internal error. Please try again". Trying again does nothing. In addition, every once in awhile the email system works

WebMail not working??? This has been for at least 5 days! I called Cox, and the person I spoke with could not log into his account either. That was yesterday, so why isn't it fixed yet? OP here. In Firefox, I can go to Cox. Same thin happens using IE. Before anyone says it's my computer - please try it first with your own account please.

Anyone else having serious problems using Cox email today? I am trying to send emails but when I go to start a new email it takes a minute until it loads and by that time the server time is out. In fact, nothing seems to be working right using a Cox website for email! Nothing has worked right since the last update! NicholeC, I hope you can get this fixed, as this is messing up my business!
