My stay at the Cleveland has surpassed my expectations. The level of care and comfort is superb and the nursing and auxiliary staff have been wonderful. May I also mention the excellent food and thank the catering staff for my delicious meals. Thank you to all the staff for their care and kindness. I had surgery 6 months earlier at an NHS hospital and can say my experience this time was so much different. The one thing that I could say is my pain management was absolutely spot on I came out of the theatre and when I recovered from anaesthetic did I not even feel like I had anything done. And subsequently my tablets where given on time and I never had any pain where I had to ask for more tablets. That and all the lovely nurses and caregivers were absolutely superb. I can with confidence say that without hesitation I would go back in the future if I need any further treatment. The ward was full and it took the nurses longer to see me. There also was a bit of water in the shower in my room when I first was admitted. A very slick and professional experience - well done! The best hospital and staff ever encountered - and I have been very pleased with other, mainly NHS hospitals but this is the best in my experience. There was a delay which was unusual due the rail strike. Very organised and professional. I had an X-ray and two MRI scans done on the spot. Excellent in all respects. Very professional, spacious reception areas, large well planned room, excellent food and large menu, very courteous staff, very clean and modern interior, outstanding nursing staff.
