I have the following 70cc kid size ATV that has serious electrical issues: chewed missing wiring. Put switch to the on position, test the terminals for continuity, two should be connected with switch on and disconnected with switch off. One of these should be soldered to battery positive wire, and other to wire from things which need power with ignition on such as horn, starter button, lights. Doesn't matter which way round you solder them. Other two wires, earth and kill, will go onto the other two terminals, again doesn't matter which way. They should have continuity with each other with switch off but not have continuity with the other two terminals.
