One of the big complaints about Hearthstone is the price to pay to play when you first start. There are a ton of Legendaries released, and if you are cheap priest deck you may have not received much in the way of playable cards. Some of the stronger builds should be viable throughout Gold and possibly even Platinum if you master them. You CAN hit Legend with some of them, cheap priest deck, but you would really need to master them and play very well, and by that time you most likely will have enough resources to build a full version anyway.

In the Warcraft universe, the Priest is the spellcasting counterpart of the Paladin. Where the Paladin sees themselves as warriors of the light, you can think of the Priest as a mage of the light. Priests use holy magics to smite their foes, heal their allies, and even raise the dead. In Hearthstone , Priest does much of the same. You can expect to see spells that heal you, heal your minions, and even raise your minions from their mortal end. Given its playstyle, Priest naturally lends itself to a Control-type playstyle.
