Injustice 2 brings a larger roster of characters than the franchise's first game. NetherRealm Studios brought 28 base fighters, one pre-order character and three downloadable content characters to the table for the game's premiere — in addition to the vast amount of characters from the DC Comics universe. T he 1st Injustice game is definitely the biggest "superhero fighter" that came out after UMvC3 , and its character roster is full of old and new favorites, as well as quite a few surprises! To be honest, even though I find Marvel's overall cast to be way more interesting than DC Universe, NetherRealm Studios has managed to give true life to all the characters, translating a ton of their special powers into unique fighting mechanics.
