If you are experiencing any issues with finding your character after logging in, please try the following steps. Firstly, log into your account on the Mog Station and click on your username in the top right-hand corner of the page. This will then show you an overview of the characters on your current service account, including which World they are on. You can also check the details of characters on a different service account, if applicable. If you have not logged in with your character for some time, there is a possibility that it will not show on the Mog Station view as described above. The best way to find this character again would be to log into the game and check for the following things: Are you on the correct World? This will be above a list of characters, or above a note stating that no characters exist on your current World. Are you on the correct Data Center? By default, it will be the last one you visited, however this may now be incorrect if your character belonged to a World that was moved to a different Data Center. If you have followed all of the steps above and are still unable to find your character, there is a possibility that you may have deleted it.
