Well I ordered my family a meal to my disgust my kids Goujons were burned and beans freezing I was missing my peas and french fries which were chips from macaroni my partners steak pie looked like a ready meal from wheels on meals for Got korma rice and chips carry out. Excellent quality, great portions, and tasted superb, served by very friendly staff. My favorite curry shop in Forfar. Highly recommended. Food served hot with no fuss and the menu delivers what is offered. We had lunch at Chapter and Verse today and the food was fantastic. We all had talis 2 meat and one vegetarian. Flavours, quantity and quality brilliant. The waitresses were delightful and very helpful.

We came here to try famousworldwide Angus meet. It was hard to find restaurant in Forfar where we could find it. Strange, but most of working after restaurants were chinese or any other exoticcuisines, but not the local Angus meet. At least we found I was taken out by my family for a birthday meal.

Really glad they did because this restaurant was really great on all fronts. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff, good service for cooking fresh and a really great choose of food to please a wide variety of tastes. Just had a great meal tonight in this lovely restaurant.
