A beautiful gem of the Palmilla Norte community, Casa Lita is the perfect vacation getaway for those seeking the ultimate in luxury. The home has the look of a classic Spanish Colonial mansion, with pristine white walls, red-tile roofing, and columned archways. The palatial grounds feature impeccable lawns, bright flowers, and tall palms swaying in the breeze. A simple elegance dominates the interior of the home. Crisp white walls flow throughout the house, accented by stylish and colorful decor. The main living area is filled with beautiful natural light, with the high-vaulted ceilings creating an airy and spacious atmosphere. There is a formal dining area and numerous indoor and outdoor lounge areas, making this villa ideal for entertaining and socializing. The traditional-style kitchen features lovely Mexican tile work and pottery, along with deluxe stainless steel appliances and accents. The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and have a warm and welcoming ambiance; palatial ensuite baths compliment every room. Outdoor living at Casa Lita is much like a private beachfront resort. The expansive deck features a shaped pool surrounded by plush sun chairs. A grill station, mini bar, and generous lounge areas add even more luxury to the patio.
