The Fallout 4 : Nuka World map includes a number of Hidden Cappy signs which can be collected to complete a sidequest called Cappy in a Haystack. You might find a Hidden Cappy by chance but they don't become active till you have the correct quest. Sierra can be found outside the Fizztop Mountain compound; if you're on your way to Fizztop Grill from the Cola Cars Arcade, you'll walk right by her having a conversation with a raider. I played Nuka-World for the first time today after playing Far Harbor for a bit. I decided to work on the Cappy In A Haystack mission which involved going into Bradberton's office at the end to talk to him. The problem about this mission is that the character who gave me the mission, Sierra Petrovita, stopped moving and won't move before the door into bradberton's room with his head. For a better description, there is a door right outside of the room where bradberton is including the vault and the preserved car. Petrovita isn't moving through this door and to bradberton. I have tried ideas from other discussions and videos like waiting in the chair, or resetting the ai and letting the cell reset, but she still just stands before the door.

Cappy in a Haystack is a side quest in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World. She promises she's on the trail of something big, which is later revealed to be the Hidden Cappy contest. Intercepting the conversation reveals that she has come to find the reward for finding hidden Cappys throughout the park. Given that the reward was meeting John-Caleb Bradberton , the creator of Nuka-Cola , she figures that his office might contain the original recipe of the drink. She gives her sunglasses and a holotape to the Sole Survivor to allow them to help her search for the hidden Cappys. Once close to a quest marker, it disappears, encouraging a thorough search of the area.
This is no ordinary Fallout 4 quest. Instead of spoon-feeding the Sole Survivor waypoints, this quest only provides a pair of decoder glasses and 10 hints to go by. So, this quest sees the return of the Nuka-obsessed Sierra Petrovita of Fallout 3 fame. Not a bad deal after all, considering that the big prize at the end of Fallout: New Vegas for collecting caps turned out to be nothing at all. What makes this quest special?
