I didn't have my pin got a temporary one sent to me and that didn't work. I got forwarded to a customer service automated message system numerous times that doesn't have cancelling as a option. I have spoken to so many representatives I have a long list of names. I was shocked when twice they suggested I cancelled the credit card charge through my bank. The bank said they would have to cancel the card an issue a new one.
