Well done Bridges, you are Bedfords brand new shiny Gem! I've been to Bridges a few times now, both in the evening and in the day and it's always been fab!! We managed to fit a trip in before Lockdown pt II which was more of a "traditional" night out. We ordered some sharing nibbles In fact I'd go as far as saying the mojito was one of the best I've ever had and I've tried a LOT of mojitos in my time. Bearing in mind we were in a socially distanced and table service only setting, the staff nailed it and managed to make it feel as natural as possible and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The space and setting is beautiful, and I can imagine on a hot summers day with no global pandemic it would be just perfect out on the terrace with a cocktail in hand. It's just as good on a Sunday afternoon. Pop in after a lazy walk down the river and grab one of their hot drinks and a cake and you won't regret it.
