Firstly I bought a fridge from them in which I found out was more expensive than a brand new same model from another store, and Im talking final price installed delivered everything. Im now price checking a washer dryer so stopped in to their store just out of curiosity and can confirm they are more expensive again comparing their same model that is a scratch and dent with another local appliance store selling brand new, delivered and installed, bowest appliances. I just don't get it bowest appliances are they still in business?

I would have tried it while their service guys were there but I was told to wait as the appliance needed to reach room temperature to avoid cracking the appliance.
