A family that stays together eats together. It might be a variation of the original saying, but it fits appropriately when you meet Dilraj Aryal and his younger brother Yuvraj Aryal. The brothers worked as chefs in several Indian restaurants in Calgary and Toronto before starting their first restaurant in Burlington. Dilraj says it was their dream to run their own establishment and they thought it was important to give it at least one good shot.
