As the Title states, I did not receive the free character slot as promised in the Livestream last week. In the live stream The moderators stated that everyone would get a free character slot once the new updated came out. I finally downloaded the update and no free character slot. If you go into the store F10 you will see a 1 time use Character slot for 0 NCoin.

Maybe something wen't wrong? Also try using it from the lobby in the lobby. It should work that way you may have to do it multiple times.
