You can set Red-Eyes Spirit on the field and trigger it whenever your opponent destroys a normal Red-Eyes monster to revive it. Return of the Dragon Lords is another viable option to resurrect a monster in your GY. And while it's in your GY, you can banish it to keep one of your monsters from being destroyed by either battle or card effects. It has an effect that it deals damage directly to your opponent whenever they activate a card or effect.
