Although it tasted good, Birma was a big let down. The GF options were substantially more expensive but the portions were so much smaller than the standard portions. To make things worse, I found a gluten noodle hidden among the zucchini noodles. The crust was delicious, crispy, perfect for this New York City pizza snob. And it was topped with greens, olives, sriracha peppers and feta. The other GF pizza options look incredible and I plan to try them all. I didn't experience anything that would suggest cross contamination issues. The waiter was very nice and gave us a good recommendation on wine. I think I ordered the wrong pizza though. I had the egg pancetta pizza and it had almost NO toppings. No sauce either. I am gluten free and dairy free but wrongly assumed there would be sauce and plenty of pancetta, onions, and egg.
