A reservation can no longer be changed, or cancelled after the hour advance window has passed. All reservations are subject to a hour cancellation window. Once within the 24 hrs of reservation, the credit card will be charged in full if only a deposit has been taken and reservations paid in full will not be subject to a refund request. If the reservation is a same-day reservation inside that hour window the full amount of the total is due at the time of booking and the full amount is non-refundable.
