Repeat customer until now. Purchased another shelving unit friday evening. Forked out for next day delivery. Advised this will be tuesday the following week as they dont work 7 days a week upon complaining. Next day means next day, doesn't it? Not according to big dug. Customer service nothing short of uninspiring and fell well short of my standards.
