I would define Basic-Fit as my second home, where I disconnect from everything else and take it as my favourite time of the day, it's an area where I feel super comfortable and the atmosphere there is very good and motivating. It's difficult to choose a training zone when you enjoy each one of them, but if I had to choose my favourite zone, I would opt for the free weight zone. I love it because it is very complete in terms of quantity and the weight of the dumbbells. I really appreciate the constant cleanliness and tidiness of both the machines and the free weights areas, even at times when there are a lot of people.
