Bar rescue power strip
Look for his column on the latest episode every Tuesday. It's everything you'd want in reality TV.
The only topless bar in its area, it was successful for its first year. Riding high from his early success, Richard changed his focus to his other businesses and Chix on Dix soon suffered. Plagued with fights, the bar was hurt badly. In order to revitalize profits, Richard brought in bar expert Darren Lee, who has been in the bar business for nearly 30 years combined. Darren is like a miniature Jon Taffer and has butted heads with Richard numerous times. His first move was to bring in agent Chuck Whisnat to hire in new women. Chuck is supposed to be the guy who gets all the girls, but Richard will come in sometimes and there will only be one girl on stage.

He brought in Darren Lee a bar business consultant with thirty years experience in the industry to manage the place. He in turn brought in Chuck Whisnant to manage and recruit dancers but there is a high turnover rate. Richard did not like it and put him on a very lean budget which Darren is finding it hard to work with. Management feuds led to customers and talent leaving the bar and there is now an unruly environment. Jon recons the bar with expert mixologist Lisamarie Joyce, and Renae Lemmens, an expert entertainment director in the Strip Club Industry. They see the exterior and the two names are visible so looks like two different bars and both names are offensive. They see Richard is not at the bar, entertainers are falling asleep at the bar and drinking on the job and the manager is in the kitchen cooking. They come in and order cocktails but the bartender is restricted by some guards on the bottles that slow down her work. They have poor interaction with the men, no eye contact, no smiles and they are drinking on the job. Jon comes in to meet with Darren and is brutally honest with him with what is wrong with the bar. The next day, Richard is present when Jon comes in and they reveal they have worked together successfully before. Meshelle is the only one complimented because she had great interaction with customers while bartending. Darren complains of being over stretched as he is not given enough to hire a cook and he is forced to do it.
The dancers were still disinterested no matter how hard this lady tried and she really tried.

Reality TV Updates. Things even get a little testy when Jon Taffer makes his entrance, as one of the employees pushed over a whole shelf of glasses. As part of the makeover, Jon Taffer fired much of the existing crew and renovated the place with new drink systems and poles. All comments are the sole opinion of the commenter and are not endorsed by RealityTVUpdates. The episode was interestingly entertaining. Drunk and sleepy strippers with dismal attitudes. Haha too funny. Just watching him you could tell he was a terrible manager. He brought back those two loser employees after they were rightfully fired.

Powered by Squarespace. Try as she might, these girls weren't interested. Despite these challenges, Chix on Dix managed to stay afloat and attract a steady stream of customers for the next few months. At this point, Jon Taffer and his "experts" are outside the club watching the action on a video in the car. After being featured on Bar Rescue, Chix on Dix had quite a transformation, both physically and operationally. Taffer and his people have "rescued" a lot of bars. When they arrived, the club was called Chix on Dix. In order to revitalize profits, Richard brought in bar expert Darren Lee, who has been in the bar business for nearly 30 years combined. Chuck, the dancer agent, sits off to the side on his phone call. Another terrible pun. My only guess, A monster, but that's just my opinion. Even I know that's illegal and I've only been to one strip club in my 33 years on Earth.

Ranae gives the dancers feedback and trains them on engaging with customers, being sexy and enticing while getting customers to buy dances. Try as she might, these girls weren't interested. Vic Vegas is there to see if the food programme is necessary and they will monitor Darren cooking, managing the bar and the entertainers. After all this and the remodel of the club, Taffer renamed it The Power Strip. This episode will forever haunt my nightmares. Chix on Dix also received guidance on improving their business strategy and customer service practices. Is the club not disgusting enough? Chuck and Sweetie are both gone and Jon is confident they can finally get things in order. As with the end of every episode of "Bar Rescue", the club looks like it's saved. Lisamarie Joyce has joined Jon, and she says that it definitely looks like two different bars.
Yes well you! Stop!
